el wirecraft battery run time advice

Post by hywel1984 » 03 Dec 2014, 21:18

Does anyone have a rough estimate of the run time I would get from an 1800mAh battery and a 2800mAh battery from elwire craft in a spotter build

Firstly if its running a 5" monitor and e700 camera
And
Secondly if its running monitor, camera and T20 torch

I've heard the elwire craft batteries are more stable and closer to their stated capacity than the blue Chinese batteries. I also like the fact they don't have an on/off switch on the battery as this makes saves panel mounting an on off switch in a spotter build

Thanks for any help

I use only 1800mah batteries. Runing a camera, screen and torch around 3hours.

Thanks, I've bought a 2800mAh battery. It should be more than enough for a full nights shooting then.

2800mah can run a screen torch and camera for over 4 hours continually. If used with a spotter, you will get a lot longer.
