Is there enough grip/leverage on that thumbscrew? Looks a bit on the small side to me :think:

It might be possible to replace it with a metal thumbscrew :think:

Hi All,

Looking to have these done in the next 3 weeks. :wtf:

The thumb screw is the same one as used on the existing WDV and we've already prototyped and tested the new clamping method. Plenty of grip. 8-)

Just printing off a reference model on the 3D printer now to take to the CNC lot. :thumbup:
