Evo torches, one and two battery ?

Post by warbucks » 14 Mar 2018, 18:50

Hi lads.

Be thinking about getting a Evo 38 torch, i see they can be used as a one or two battery job, does this mean that the supplied pill only works on half power when using one battery ?

No, it runs for half as long as using 2 batteries.

Cheers

But bear in mind some after market LED pills are only to be used with a single battery - so don't get thinking those will last twice as long in a two cell torch.

Its questionable to the benefits of running 2 batteries. I personally think that using 2 single batteries will last longer than using 2 batteries at once.
