That's a great twist rate, it will stabilise from a possible 40gr up to around 80gr maybe even heavier.

I had a .223 Tikka T3 LITE 1 - 12" and it wouldn't stabilise the hornady 53grn v max bullets, some of them tumbled. I switched to 40grn and it stabilised shot ok. I then bought a .204 to try and within a week i knew the 223 wopuld never come out of the cupboard again so sold it. I now have two .204s one for night with a drone x10 on and one for day with a minox 3-15x56 on. both run the same 32grn homeloads. I really like the calibre, it's very flat and sweet to shoot, virtually no recoil so you never lose sight picture. It is also very quiet with a DM80 .mod on it and cheap to run
