Yet another E700 housing!

Post by poppy mae » 08 Apr 2014, 16:20

Image Image Image Image Took the lead from previous threads on this, for the E700, inbetween decorating decided to have a quick mess in the shed. Using a 40mm flowplast fitting from screwfix, removed the ridges from the cap ( nicer finish ) cut a slot for cables in threaded part, next found that a piece of Rolson body tube is the perfect push fit into the floplast body,. ( cut to correct length ) it is also near a perfect fit in the dsa, just needed a wrap of tape, all push fits together into a cheap housing for less than a quid! and 20 minutes in the shed, all you need is a rule, hacksaw and a couple of files so simple.
