best budget d.i.y camera

Post by sunndog » 01 Apr 2013, 17:00

ok chaps

i thought we could do with a thread for a budget version of our watec based addons
as 902H's are getting more and more expensive and at the same time better illumination is getting cheaper and easier to make. airgun users in particular don't HAVE to shell out for a watec to get a workable d.i.y set up
so whats the best of the rest?
what are you using and what shootable ranges are you getting with what i.r?

when asking for advice, please include what n.v device and/or illumination you already have (if any) and what rifles you intend to use them on...cheers

Yep, ground down a cs board mount to the right bfl, had to take a bit off both sides as the 1" thread part was too long, then epoxy'd (?) it to the camera (after cleaning it all to bare metal). Fitted one of the lenses you swapped me and jobs a good un.

Will make a good spotter camera and can fit any cs lens now
